BORDERLANDS 3 HYPERFOCUS PATCH
You can read all the changes made by the patch below or on the official site. Gunner’s “General Winter” minigun damage penalty is completely removed and “Exploding Bullet” damage output is adjusted. Tankman’s Shield weapon damage cap is increased to 200 percent and One Pump Chump and Boomer weapon damage is buffed. Garcia now has an increased fire rate, and the number of projectiles shot has also increased. Weapon damage for Hyperfocus XZ41, Limp, Nemesis, Orgy and many more have been increased. Multiple weapons also went through some heavy tweaking. From now on, Jabbermogwai will drop the correct amount of loot and Typhon will not act as a blocker in “Shadow of Starlight”.
The patch went live recently for PC users (both Steam and Epic Store), however consoles will get the patch in the coming days. The Borderlands 3 March 12 hotfix fixes the bug where players were encountering under-leveled enemies.
